Delivery Information

• General Information:
  Our shops deliver to Chicago and over 200 suburbs.  We try to deliver every order as early as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific time.  We will make every effort to accomodate your request.
• Local Delivery Area (Order by 1:00 P.M. for same day delivery)
• Local Delivery Area (Order by 10:00 A.M. for same day delivery)
• Any city not in the above lists may be delivered the same day or next day depending on the delivery service.

Delivery times may be extended for orders placed the day before major floral gift days (i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Sweetest Day.)  ORDER EARLY and request your desired delivery date/time for best results.


• Normal Delivery Hours:
  We deliver between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday.  We don't deliver on Sundays except for Sympathy and Wedding orders.  Sunday deliveries require one day notice.


• Freqently Asked Questions:
  If a recipient is not home what happens to the order I placed?

  Our drivers try to leave it with a responsible neighbor unless you specify not to.  If no neighbors are available we leave a tag on the door and when the recipient calls us we will redeliver.
